Micro-Needling
We utilize a derma pen Micro-Needling device, a safe and highly effective medical-grade treatment method that offers minimal invasiveness for a variety of skin concerns. These include skin rejuvenation, addressing acne and acne scars, managing post-traumatic or burn scars, diminishing stretch marks, and combatting alopecia. This treatment can also be combined with other aesthetic procedures to yield enhanced outcomes.
The procedure involves creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering the body's natural healing response and stimulating the production of new collagen-rich tissue. The result is a more even skin tone, healthier, firmer, and improved skin texture.
DPL Facial Treatments
Dynamic Pulsed Light (DPL) is a cutting edge technology utilising a low fluence, high energy and density of narrow spectrum light, a safe and effective non-ablative, non-invasive facial rejuvenation treatment to target hyperpigmentation, dull and tired skin.
Benefits encompass the restoration of skin's hydration and moisture balance, stimulation of collagen production, softening of superficial wrinkles, reduction and elimination of sun damage signs, minimizing pore size, rejuvenating fatigued skin, lightening skin tone, addressing discoloration and pigmentation, treating acne, minimizing rosacea, diffused redness, and dilated capillaries. This results in a more even skin tone and enhanced texture. Our treatments are applicable to the face, neck, chest, hands, and various body areas, yielding long-lasting results.
What You Should Be Aware Of
Treatment may lead to minor redness and swelling, typically subsiding within 24 to 48 hours. Some brown spots may temporarily darken before peeling off (avoid picking), and bruising, blemishes, brown spots, and sunspots may briefly intensify for about 3 to 10 days. These effects are part of the normal healing process and should not cause alarm. Any side effects are generally short-lived. We recommend a series of 3-5 treatments, spaced approximately 4 weeks apart.
Chemical Skin Peels
A chemical peel is an application of a pH-controlled substance on the skin, safely removing the top layers of the epidermis. This deliberate action creates a controlled injury that initiates the natural wound healing process, ultimately leading to the regeneration of fresh epidermal tissue. Depending on the depth of the chemical peel, it can significantly reduce sun damage and imperfections. The primary goal of chemical peels is to enhance skin texture and tone, eliminate damaged skin, erase imperfections, and stimulate the growth of new cells.
Chemical peels are employed to address issues such as acne, fine lines, aging signs, and hyperpigmentation. Recommend 4-6 treatments.
Types of Peels
-
Alpha
-
Glycolic Acid, derived from cane sugar, is the mildest and most widely used type of peel. It is ideal for improving complexion, resurfacing, and treating wrinkles.
-
-
Lactic Acid
-
A potent Alpha Hydroxy Acid chemical exfoliant used to firm and tighten the skin. It is often combined with Alpha Peels to aid in shedding.
-
-
Beta
-
Salicylic Acid, a Beta-Hydroxy Acid, is a slightly stronger peel that penetrates deeper to yield more dramatic results. It is effective for treating acne, some forms of hyperpigmentation, and certain signs of aging.
-
-
Retinol
-
Retinoic Acid, a form of Vitamin A, regulates cell growth. It offers a slightly deeper peel than Beta, promoting new tissue growth. It is frequently used alongside Beta Peels and is beneficial for stimulating growth, treating acne, addressing scars, wrinkles, and certain types of pigmentation.
-
- TCA
-
Trichloroacetic Acid delivers a stronger and deeper peel, resulting in more noticeable outcomes. It is employed to remove or treat skin imperfections, necessitating some recovery time. TCA is particularly effective for addressing deep-seated hyperpigmentation and advanced signs of ageing.

SHR Hair Removal
Super Hair Removal (SHR) is an advanced form of Dynamic Pulsed Light (DPL), an innovative in-motion hair removal technique utilising a precise narrow spectrum of light energy. It employs swift pulses of low-energy light, utilizing selective photothermolysis to safely and efficiently induce photothermal damage to the hair follicle's stem cells, thereby inhibiting hair regrowth. Compared to traditional methods, SHR offers a safe, gentle on the skin, swifter, and more effective approach to hair removal.
What You Should Be Aware Of
Do not undergo Hair Removal if you have been on Roaccutane therapy within the past 6-12 months, depending on the dosage. Additionally, refrain from using photosensitizing medications. Avoid antibiotics, acne treatments, RetinA, or any active ingredients for 5-7 days before your session. Steer clear of tanning beds and excessive sun exposure for at least 4 weeks leading up to your treatment. We recommend a course of 6-8 sessions, with each session spaced 4 weeks apart.
Therapeutic Massage
Massage alleviates muscle tension, enhances circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system, induces a state of relaxation, augments joint flexibility and mobility, expedites recovery from soft tissue injuries, enhances skin tone, uplifts mental well-being, bolsters energy levels, accelerates the healing process, promotes restful sleep, and fortifies the immune system.
Waxing
Waxing is a popular hair removal technique that involves applying a warm or cold wax substance to the skin in the area with unwanted hair. A cloth strip or paper is then pressed onto the wax and quickly pulled off, removing the hair from the root. This process effectively leaves the skin smooth and hair-free for a more extended period compared to shaving or other temporary methods.
Reflexology & Meridian Therapy
Reflexology instils a sense of heightened relaxation, reduces stress levels, increases energy, reinstates the body's innate equilibrium, offers respite from pain and both emotional and physical discomfort, delivers profound relaxation, enhances lymphatic circulation, reinforces the immune system, augments circulation, soothes the digestive system, harmonizes hormone levels, and enhances spinal flexibility.
