Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete any necessary consultation forms. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain treatments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is provided for rescheduling.
Consultations
A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or if contraindications are present.
Medical Information
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
Results
Individual results may vary. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, no guarantees are made regarding treatment results.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment and are valid until the expiry date indicated.
Retail Products
Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened products may be exchanged within a specified period with proof of purchase.
Children
For safety and relaxation purposes, we kindly request that children not accompany clients unless receiving a treatment.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour or where treatment is deemed unsuitable.
Liability
While all care is taken to provide safe and professional treatments, the salon shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions where all aftercare advice has not been followed or where relevant medical information was withheld.
Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect treatment results.
